the heating was unbearable, I felt like I was cooked alive! And let’s not even start on the breakfast, a pure disappointment considering germany's reputation for bread. I thought I'd at least get a complimentary bottle of water for enduring the heat, but nope. I nearly thought, 'maybe this is a joke,' which is what I won’t be laughing at.

My stay was fantastic, as the hotel was just a 15-minute walk from the impressive cathedral and also near several cozy eateries where I enjoyed delightful meals after long days of exploring. the area felt safe and inviting for evening walks, making it a perfect base for a weekend getaway.

Upon arrival, my check-in was a bit slow, and the staff's attitude was initially disinterested. That said, the rest of the team was exceptionally attentive, which brightened my stay. The room, though small, was tidy and modern, making it ideal for a brief visit. A comfy stay overall, just a momentary hiccup!

Rooms are overly compact, making it uncomfortable for those with luggage!!! The absence of tea/coffee-making facilities is disappointing!!! Also, noise from traffic can be disruptive, despite attempts at soundproofing.

Our family had a lovely stay, enjoying the modern vibe and cleanliness. The kids loved visiting the Rheinboulevard for some fun by the water. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of healthy choices, and the staff made sure we were well taken care of.

My kids wished there were more fun facilities for them to enjoy. The rooms are a bit small for families, which made it a bit cramped for us.
