The value for money was great and the room was comfortable, perfect for a weekend stay. The location was convenient, close to Times Square and the New York Public Library. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptional, always greeting us and being helpful. They made our experience a pleasure. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything we wanted to do in NYC. We were able to walk to shopping outlets, the subway was close by, and we were even very close to the parade. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the facilities were great. We also enjoyed the breakfast and found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. a fantastic experience!

This hotel is in the perfect spot, just off Bryant Park in Midtown, making it easy to get to all the major attractions in the center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's a good attention to detail with some updated decor and a view included at no extra charge. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to popular sightseeing spots and Times Square. the staff, including the duty manager, were kind and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the valet service offered competitive prices for transportation to the airport.

The breakfast options were limited, consisting mainly of sandwiches and plain coffee, not what we expected from a hotel breakfast. the rooms were small and worn, with a tiny bathroom and a handheld shower nozzle with minimal water pressure.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - it's within walking distance of major sights and transportation. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious for New York standards. The breakfast, although not a buffet, was tasty and provided a good start to the day.

My partner and I stayed at Courtyard Times Square for a weekend getaway and it was fantastic! The location was perfect, within walking distance to popular attractions like Times Square and Rockefeller Center. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and blackout curtains that made for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the nice gym and the option to store our luggage before and after check-in. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was amazing, within walking distance to everything! Close to Times Square. The staff was very nice and helpful- some of the best staff I’ve seen anywhere. Had a beautiful room with a view of the Empire State Building. Front desk and concierge were very helpful and patient. Arranged an early morning car service to the airport, reasonably priced and punctual.

Parking was a hassle, took almost an hour to retrieve the car. Some staff members were not very service-oriented.
