I stayed for 8 nights in two rooms with my family and our dog. A large green park was just 3 minutes away, and the metro was a 6-minute walk. It took about 20 minutes to reach the Colosseum without any transfers. The local dining options were excellent, especially Gran Sasso family restaurant. Staff provided spare heaters and blankets when it got chilly.

I appreciated the cleanliness of my room during my 3-night solo trip, and the friendly staff helped with local tips. The hot shower was a comforting end to long days. For breakfast, try the butter on your pastries! Just be prepared to use public transport for attractions.

The location for a family stay is perfect! We took our child and were just minutes away from a huge park. The metro was a short walk, and we accessed the Colosseum quickly. Great family-friendly dining options nearby made meals easy.

My wife says that the rooms felt claustrophobic and lacked air conditioning. It can get noisy from the street, making it hard for our child to sleep.

The room was a cozy spot with all the basics and surprisingly comfy beds, which helped me sleep like a baby! I also enjoyed the leisure room with a big TV for some downtime and a nice little outdoor area to relax in the morning sun. Only downside was the shower being a bit cramped, but still, it was all clean and just what I needed for a quick trip. 😊

The only 'ear' sore was the noisy intersection outside—had to dodge some decibels!

It was just a balanced option for a short stay in Rome with very good value for money. The coffee from the vending machines in the morning was surprisingly good and a nice way to start the day. Consider using public transport for easier access to the city’s highlights.

The room was cozy with comfy twin beds that made it hard to get up. I loved the spacious bathroom and great shower pressure. The daily housekeeping kept everything spotless, and there was even a nice little fridge. A highlight was the electric roll-down shutters that blocked sound and light really well. The decor felt a bit tired, but the unique charm of the villa made up for it. Missing stronger bathroom lighting for makeup, though. Still, perfect spot for a quick stay in Rome!
