the staff at Relais Donna Lucrezia were incredibly helpful, providing us with recommendations for tours, restaurants, and sightseeing options. the room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed and coffee/tea making facilities. the location was ideal, within easy walking distance of popular attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Villa Borghese. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying here.

The breakfast is a highlight, with fresh ingredients sourced from the hotel's own farm, including delicious homemade goodies that change daily.

The check-in process could be improved with better explanations of how things like the TV, air conditioning, and front door work.
