I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, with superb views over the hills to the historic town center. It was so near to San Gimignano that I could easily walk there in just a few minutes. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, especially the swimming pool and gardens, were top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. And not to mention, the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

the Relais Santa Chiara Hotel - Tuscany Charme provided the perfect retreat with a lovely pool set in a picturesque garden. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room, ideal for three people, offered privacy for our granddaughter. Although we didn't have a view, the extra space was well worth it. the breakfast buffet had an extensive selection, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is just outside the city walls and very close to the historical center. This makes it a convenient choice for those who want to walk into town in the evening and try the many good restaurants available. Additionally, the hotel offers a nice pool area where guests can relax and enjoy a drink.

The room size in the lowest rate rooms was a bit disappointing according to some reviews.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel just outside the charming city. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the modern amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent room service and ensuring that everything was in top-notch condition. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor swimming pool, where I could relax and soak up the sun while enjoying the panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

We had a romantic escape in the heart of Tuscany. the hotel's location was perfect, easily accessible to the city center and with amazing views of the Tuscan hills. We enjoyed indulging in the delicious breakfast offered, with freshly baked pastries and a wide variety of dishes. the cleanliness of the hotel's pool was impeccable; we spent many relaxing afternoons lounging by its side.

Although our room was cozy and comfortable, the bathroom was quite small. It required some maneuvering to navigate easily, especially when showering.
