I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the historical center. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling city center. The staff here were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that I had the best possible experience. The service was top-notch, with amenities like room service, car hire, and even grocery shopping available. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden area and the refreshing outdoor swimming pool. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Main Square-Plaza Mayor and convenient for walking to nearby attractions. I had a fantastic stay at Del Gobernador! The central location made it easy for me to explore the city and visit all the nearby attractions. The friendly staff were always available to assist with any questions or requests. The pool area was beautiful and provided a relaxing spot to unwind. The spacious room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. I also appreciated the convenience of having a safe box in the room. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

While I did encounter a couple of minor issues, such as the lack of a refrigerator in the room and the absence of a curtain in the bathroom, these did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction with my stay.

During my recent visit to Merida, I stayed at the Gobernador for a month. The staff, from Julian at the front desk to the restaurant staff including Baltazar, Angel, and Roberto, were amazing. Fernando and Cesar made sure I had everything I needed and greeted me by name every day. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and housekeeping staff respectful of privacy. The location was excellent, close to the Grand Plaza and many shops and restaurants. The pool was well-maintained and the surrounding area pleasant. The hotel also had a large in-house restaurant, providing convenience for meals.
