We had a fantastic time during our city break in this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. the hotel itself was beautifully maintained and had stunning interior decor. the location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the main attractions. We also loved the fact that the room had a great view and was spacious and clean. it was a wonderful experience.

Although our stay was fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. the shower had low water pressure and the temperature was stuck on a warm setting, making sleeping uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Florence with my 4-year-old son, and we both had an amazing time. The hotel had a beautiful Music room where we could relax and spend quality time together. The view from our window was breathtaking and really added to our experience. The staff at the hotel were exceptional - they were warm, friendly, and always happy to help with any questions or requests we had. During my Thanksgiving stay, I enjoyed the comfortable beds and the helpful staff who were always ready to answer our questions. the hotel's location was great for exploring the surrounding area and we were able to walk to many nearby attractions.

The one downside of our stay was that the hotel elevator was not always reliable and we had to use the stairs a few times. the room decor was a bit outdated and could use some refreshing.

Former aristocrat's palazzo, central location near Santa Croce church. Excellent staff led by Flora, providing helpful advice and recommendations for hidden neighborhood restaurants. Splendid decor and quiet at night. Worth the price for the excellent experience and dedicated staff. Will return.

The old Palazzo charm is evident in the hotel. The staff is helpful and gives little gifts. A personal welcome from the general manager adds a special touch. A place worth returning to.
