This place is located in a very emotionally beautiful place, right in front of the lake. The view of Lake Como is absolutely breathtaking. The staff here is amazing and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We were greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room amenities are top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace added to the luxury and comfort of our stay.

During our romantic escape, we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning views from our room. the breathtaking view of the lake created a truly romantic atmosphere. Another highlight was the impeccable service provided by the friendly staff. They were always available to assist us with any requests or questions we had. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and enjoying the beauty of the lake.

Although our overall experience was excellent, we did encounter a few minor issues. the breakfast buffet could have had a better selection, especially when it came to the scrambled eggs and bacon, which were not heated properly.

The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and our room, with a partial lake view, was cozy and charming. the staff was helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome during our stay. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the area.

We experienced some issues with the hot water, as it took a long time for it to become hot enough for a shower. the WiFi connection was unreliable and often slow, which was frustrating considering the high price we paid for our stay.

The staff, especially the helpful lady from the UK at the reception and the friendly bar tender, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. our stay at this hotel was amazing and highly recommended.

It was such a treat to wake up to those breathtaking views every morning and enjoy the serenity of the surroundings. the staff at the hotel were amazing. They were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us with any requests or questions we had. Their warm and helpful attitude made our stay very pleasant. the food at the hotel was top-notch. We were impressed with the quality and taste of the meals we had during our stay. the hotel's restaurant served delicious dishes that satisfied our taste buds.

One thing we didn't like was that the hotel could have had better signage to help guests find their way to the property. It was a bit challenging to locate the hotel, especially for first-time visitors to the area.

The room was clean and cozy, and the food at the Vinoteca was absolutely delicious. We can't wait to return, hopefully during the summer!

I had the best time at this hotel! the views were absolutely breathtaking, and the building itself was so beautiful. the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they even greeted us with a delicious cappuccino upon arrival. the free spa access was an added bonus and the perfect way to relax after a long day. Plus, they gave us a complimentary bottle of prosecco, which was a lovely touch. the location was spot-on, offering easy access to the lake and surrounding areas. I also appreciated the fact that they had a new chef, as the dinner options were beyond good. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
