This place is located in a very emotionally beautiful place, right in front of the lake. The view of Lake Como is absolutely breathtaking. The staff here is amazing and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We were greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room amenities are top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace added to the luxury and comfort of our stay.

Another highlight was the impeccable service provided by the friendly staff. They were always available to assist us with any requests or questions we had. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and enjoying the beauty of the lake.

Although our overall experience was excellent, we did encounter a few minor issues. The breakfast buffet could have had a better selection, especially when it came to the scrambled eggs and bacon, which were not heated properly.

The hotel itself was well-maintained and clean, and the spa was a perfect spot for relaxation. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and kept immaculately clean. The staff, especially the helpful lady from the UK at the reception and the friendly bar tender, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. our stay at this hotel was amazing and highly recommended.

Loved the beautiful views of the lake from our room balcony and the stunning location of the hotel. It was such a treat to wake up to those breathtaking views every morning and enjoy the serenity of the surroundings.

One thing we didn't like was that the hotel could have had better signage to help guests find their way to the property. It was a bit challenging to locate the hotel, especially for first-time visitors to the area.

The room was clean and cozy, and the food at the Vinoteca was absolutely delicious. We can't wait to return, hopefully during the summer!
