The breakfast served at the Residence Del Casalnuovo was delicious and offered a beautiful view of the surroundings. I enjoyed starting my day on the terrace with a great meal and breathtaking scenery. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and shops. Room service was great and the bed was very comfortable. the WiFi was fast and reliable, which was important for my work. I also appreciated the easy access to public transportation.

The room was quite small and outdated, with a musty smell. the reception area was frequently unmanned, which made it difficult to get help when needed.

the leisure room was a great way to unwind with its luxurious amenities including a well, stocked library. Our room was the epitome of comfort with an exquisite decor and exclusive in, room breakfast options. the hotel also offered packed lunches for our convenience. Private facilities in the room were also a plus.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the snack bar. the options were limited and not very appetizing.
