the staff were incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring that our needs were met promptly. the entertainment staff were especially friendly and great with younger children. the location of the hotel was convenient, with a short 15 to 20-minute walk to the port and a big supermarket just around the corner. the kitchen in our well-equipped two-bedroom apartment allowed us to easily prepare meals, and the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated the quick response to a bathroom leak, with the option of changing apartments if needed.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of storage space for our belongings. the hot tub and pool were both fantastic and offered a great way to cool off from the sun. the staff were friendly and always willing to help with any requests we had.

The location of the hotel was a bit further away from the beach and shops than we had hoped, requiring a bit of a walk to access them. the lack of restaurants and bars in the area meant that we had to do some extra planning to find places to eat and drink.
