Helpful and friendly front desk staff

Nothing to dislike

Spent Easter weekend in a hotel that had friendly staff and clean rooms. the location was great with easy access to transportation and a variety of nearby restaurants. the room had a kitchenette with all the necessary appliances and utensils, which made it easy for us to cook our own meals. the towels and linens were changed daily, which made our stay all the more comfortable.

The walls were a bit thin, and we could hear our neighbors' conversations quite clearly. the room was a bit small for our liking, which made it difficult to move around freely.

Clean, well-equipped kitchenette; excellent location in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants and coffee shops nearby; restaurant with varied menu; 5-minute walk to a 24-hour supermarket; good connection to central station and city center.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a Carrefour market just a 7-minute walk away, making it convenient for any necessary shopping. Additionally, the hotel is located close to both the subway station, where you can easily access the city center, and a tram station, providing great transportation options. Moreover, there is a 24-hour shopping mall nearby, offering various options for entertainment and amenities.

One drawback was the uncomfortable bedding and pillows, which made for a less than pleasant night's sleep.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially for a short stay in Milan. The staff was incredibly accommodating when we arrived late due to a cancelled flight. The self check-in process was very easy, making our arrival hassle-free. The room had good facilities and surprisingly comfortable beds. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, a rarity in many places in Italy. The hotel even had an elevator, which was helpful for guests with large luggage.

All in all, everything was fine and there was nothing that really stood out as needing improvement.

A peaceful neighborhood with excellent transportation links to the city center and train stations. The property offers a variety of useful facilities for a comfortable stay. The reception staff, particularly Mrs. Gloria, provided exceptional service, allowing me to keep my suitcase after check-out. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Milan. the value for money was excellent - I got so much more than I expected for the price I paid. The room was clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The location was also perfect - situated in a quiet and nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Additionally, the hotel had all the basic amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a small kitchen, contrary to what the photos showed. It was truly a great find.

No issues, everything was perfect.

Old and smelly hotel - everything feels outdated and smells musty. Dirty walls and stained furniture - lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
