Stayed in a fantastic two-bedroom apartment at this B&B. the location was unbeatable, with plenty of local businesses nearby. We loved being able to have our own breakfast in the apartment and try out local cheeses and wines. Roberto, the owner, was absolutely excellent and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. the quality of the apartment was top-notch, and the views over Piazza San Michele were stunning. Breakfast served in the room was delicious, and Roberto's recommendations for dinner and activities were spot-on. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a truly remarkable stay at a hidden gem in the heart of a charming old town. The stunning building and thoughtfully decorated interiors made me feel like royalty. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even assisting me after hours with a hot shower issue. The locally sourced breakfast in the beautiful breakfast room was fit for kings and queens. Incredible value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

The staff went above and beyond, picking us up and dropping off our car at a parking garage. The apartment was immaculate and spacious. The location is central and convenient. Breakfast was served in our room. Can't wait to return.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic - right in the heart of the city on the famous main square. Being in a pedestrian zone, it's peaceful and allows for easy exploration of the charming streets of this lovely city. The rooms with a terrace overlooking the plaza offer a delightful view and the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The spacious rooms are beautifully decorated with art and offer a wonderful view of the piazza. The staff is very lovely and welcoming, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious and large breakfast, served in a lovely way. Additionally, the host goes above and beyond to assist with parking and personal requests.

The blind on the velux above the bed did not close completely, but this was easily solved by placing a towel to block out the light.

We had an amazing time during our recent visit to Tuscany. the location of our hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to great restaurants and shops. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfasts served in the comfort of our room. Plus, we loved the complementary bike rentals and city tours which gave us the opportunity to explore the city and its surroundings.

Honestly, we had no complaints whatsoever. Our experience at the hotel was wonderful in every way and we can’t wait to go back.
