The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, with the ladies at reception providing us with a map of the city and insider tips on where to eat and drink. They even had complimentary umbrellas for us to use when it was raining heavily. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with the bed made and fresh towels every day. The facilities are good, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast, with its delicious cappuccino and beautiful presentation.
