We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room and facilities being newly renovated and very clean. The hotel had wonderful views of the Sea of Galilee, right on the shore, providing a tranquil and picturesque setting. Additionally, the hotel's location outside the city allowed for easy access to transportation, making it convenient for our tours. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, satisfying our appetites each morning.

The location of this hotel is perfect for a city trip, with easy access to the main road and great views of the Sea of Galilee. the staff were friendly and accommodating, working hard to make our stay enjoyable. the food at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options and high quality dishes.

The rooms in the hotel were a bit worn out and could use some updating, especially the bathroom. the main door in our room had trouble locking properly, which made us feel a little unsafe.

Located in a peaceful area, close to Tiberias hot springs and with a great view of the Sea of Galilee. the hotel staff was very accommodating and worked hard to ensure a pleasant stay. the food at the hotel restaurant was excellent, with plenty of variety and high quality. Plus, the hotel is conveniently situated off the main road, making it easy to explore other places in the North of Israel and the Golan. As a bonus, for religious travelers, the hotel has doors with keys in addition to electric card locks, a synagogue on site, and the tomb of Meir Bal Ness within walking distance.

The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms could be improved, as they were not as clean as expected. Additionally, the hotel is a bit outside the city of Tiberias, so having a car is necessary for easy access.

I was delighted to find a basket of fresh fruits waiting for me upon arrival, which added a nice touch to my check-in experience. the breakfast buffet was a definite highlight, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from.

One major problem was the overpowering scent of the air freshener in my room, which didn't dissipate even when I opened the windows. while the hotel had some great aspects, these negative elements detracted from the overall experience.

Our stay at Royal Plaza was fantastic! The room on the 9th floor had an amazing view of the lake. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was delicious and had a great variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We opted for the half board and enjoyed delicious Israeli breakfasts and dinners with a great variety of food options. Our larger room was spacious enough for our family and had a fantastic view of the Sea of Galilee. The bed was comfortable, the shower had dual shower heads, and the air conditioner worked perfectly.

I would highly recommend this hotel for future stays.
