The beautiful apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a family stay. I especially loved the luxurious bathtubs and cozy fireplace. Although some areas could use more attention to detail cleaning-wise, the central location and serene atmosphere make it a perfect retreat. A perfect mix of luxury and affordability, I'll definitely be returning for another relaxing holiday getaway.

Grand Mercure in the wine region is a beautiful and affordable retreat with a central location, stunning views, and well-maintained facilities. the apartment layout is amazing, and the compound features lush greenery, a pool, and a restaurant. Complimentary teas and coffees add a nice touch to the experience.

The apartments at Grand Mercure were stunning, with beautiful views of the surrounding greenery. We stayed as a group and had two apartments, one with a private courtyard and the other with a view of the wildlife through the trees. It was a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to The Vintage Golf Club for delicious meals. The hotel is also conveniently close to wineries and reception can help arrange tours. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely loved the spacious 2 bedroom unit with ensuites, 2 balconies, clean surroundings and friendly staff who swiftly replaced our faulty microwave – all at a bargain price. the relaxing spa centre and well-maintained swimming pool were perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Only minor issue was the slightly inconspicuous check-in desk location, nestled in a separate cabin, but didn't deter from the fantastic overall experience. 👌.

The value for money at Grand Mercure was excellent, with a spacious and well-equipped apartment that even had a full-size kitchen. The location was perfect, with plenty to do in the area and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Seating for the lounge and dining table were uncomfortable, especially for two couples sharing the apartment. Beds were made of two king singles put together, which was uncomfortable and had a sunken spot in the middle.
