I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, close to the metros and all the attractions. I loved that it was just down the bike path, making it easy to explore the city. The outdoor swimming pool was a great bonus, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were so helpful and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely, cozy place hidden next to a beautiful river. The studio loft I stayed in had breathtaking views of the garden and the old city. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious and the kids loved the unique loft area. The breakfast lounge was cozy with a real fireplace, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten-free needs. The garden with mature trees and hammocks was perfect for lazy afternoons. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a getaway to explore Florence and relax.

Such a lovely property. We've been coming to Florence for years and it's always a treat to find somewhere close to the city center with a pool. Riva Lofts is a real gem, especially in the summer when you can cool off in the pool after a hot day exploring the city. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we even asked for the mattress details. Breakfast was good, and we enjoyed having our lunches by the pool. the big room was a plus, and the garden and pool really bring the property to life in the summer. the walk to the center is a great way to work up an appetite, but the nearby tram is convenient and inexpensive for getting to the station. And it's amazing that you can take the tram from the airport and be just a short distance from Riva Lofts, with only one change at the station.

During our stay, the location of the hotel was perfect for us and our 7-year-old son. He absolutely loved the garden area and spent hours playing there. The pool area was also a big hit, especially since it was open all year round. It was a great way for our son to unwind and have fun after a day of exploring. Being so close to the city center was also a major advantage, as we could easily access all the attractions and restaurants.

The only downside we experienced was that the hotel did not offer organized tours or services. However, the staff more than made up for it by providing us with plenty of recommendations and information about places to visit and things to do in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk or bike ride along the beautiful Arno River to reach the city center. The hotel provided complimentary bicycles, making it even more convenient to explore the area. The tranquil and serene atmosphere of the hotel was a welcome retreat after a busy day in the city. Our room was lovely and comfortable, and we couldn't recommend this place enough.
