Clean room , staff was super friendly , and breakfast had lots of options ! Loved having the Costco right next door for convenience. Parking was easy and the location is pretty close to all the main spots in Markham.

I loved that the hotel was just a short walk away from the beautiful German Mills Settlers Park, which made it easy to enjoy some fresh air and nature, and there were plenty of fantastic dining options, like Kobe Teppanyaki & BBQ, just around the corner to satisfy my cravings after a day of exploring the city.

The hotel has spacious rooms, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable king-size bed, making it a good option for families. However, a recent late checkout charge felt excessive, especially for a long-term guest. Breakfast options were decent but could benefit from more variety.

The air-conditioner leaked, making the carpet wet!!! The fitness center and pool were disappointingly small and lacked proper equipment!!! The room temperature control was outdated, leading to an uncomfortable stay!!! More lighting would have improved the experience!!!

The breakfast had excellent variety, including fresh fruits and different egg options daily. The staff charged an outrageous $150 for a late check-out, which seemed excessive for just an hour late.

The jacuzzi in room 415 was just the best, man! Super clean room, passed out on that comfy king bed, and the kitchen setup was a lifesaver for late-night snacks, chommie. Brekkie was basic but hit the spot—definitely needed after our late nights!

I reckon the staff at check-in could be a bit sharper. there was a wait that felt like ages. But overall, we had a good time!

The one-bedroom suite was spacious and quiet,, loved the fully equipped kitchen for late-night snacks. The breakfast coffee was actually good, but the food options were pretty limited, mostly oatmeal and bagels. Overall, a nice stay!

The spacious Non-Smoking Studio King Suite felt more like a home, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette and comfortable king-size bed. The warm decor, ample lighting, and jacuzzi in room 415 created a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was decent, but the elevator distance could be improved. Definitely a place to return to!

I stayed in the One-Bedroom King Suite and it was pretty spacious and quiet. The bathroom was nice, especially the large glass shower. The bed was comfy, but felt a bit less cozy than my last visit. Breakfast was okay. the coffee was good but the food options could've been better—mostly just oatmeal and bagels. I also found it annoying that I had to deal with a bit of confusion at check-in regarding my credit card, but thankfully it was sorted out quickly.
