The hotel had modern, spacious and spotless rooms with good wifi coverage. The staff were polite and professional. The location was excellent for exploring the city on foot. There was a complimentary room upgrade and the superior room included a free mini bar and a smartphone for guest use.

The Wi-Fi coverage is not the best and can be a bit spotty in certain areas of the hotel.

Very friendly and professional staff who are extremely helpful. Free upgrade to a bigger and quiet room. Wi-Fi. Excellent breakfast buffet with a great choice. Brilliant shower with piped music playing from the TV. Roof top bar is a lovely place for pre or post dinner drinks.

During my weekend getaway, I was lucky to come across a hotel that offers a free breakfast and it was excellent! The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to popular attractions and restaurants. The staff was nice and welcoming, always ready to help. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a complementary mini bar. The breakfast catered to different tastes and the rooftop terrace was a great place to enjoy a drink. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Piazza Venezia, and we were able to walk everywhere. As trekkers and a group of friends, we appreciated all the amenities and convenience this hotel offered.
