woudl ve been nice to have a room in the same building as my family. instead, I found myself in a basement two buildings away, overlooking a block wall. Oh, and the bed was not comfortable at all. I mean, do they even check these things? I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn't.

The location is fantastic! ! Just a quick walk from Haymarket Station with helpful staff who even provided an extra duvet during a chilly night.

Inconsistent room sizes can lead to discomfort, while noise from adjacent rooms disrupts the cozy atmosphere.

my stay at haymarket was definitely disappointing. the room smelled old, with walls peeling and dust everywhere, I almost expected a ghost! and of course, I didn’t receive a room upgrade as if I was just any other guest. room service? don’t even get me started—only one towel out of three got replaced, such high standards! !

Request a room away from the bar for a quieter experience, as it can be noisy during late nights. Check for USB socket functionality upon arrival.

Fantastic location just a short walk from the train station! The room was clean and modern, featuring high ceilings and a large window. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. Those quaint surroundings and nearby pubs added to the delightful experience. Couldn't recommend it more!

Had a great time with friends exploring local pubs and enjoying traditional Scottish meals. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was well worth it. We stayed for 2 nights and the staff were super friendly, helping us with luggage. Perfect for a group trip!

Absolutely adored the Victorian design of my room and the overall spaciousness. Perfect location right next to public transport means you can ditch the car! Loved using Logan's bar for our evening wind-down.

However, the basement hallway was noisier than a catfight! And don't get me started on the breakfast choice—could've used a little less 'mystery meat' charm, you know?

this hotel has a fab location, super close to haymarket train station and it was easy to get around. my room was really spacious with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. the staff were all super friendly and went outta their way to help when i needed something. also, the bar area is chill for grabbing drinks whenever you want. there’s even a tiny tesco just a 2 min walk away which was so handy if you needed snacks!
