I was pleasantly surprised by the interior of Royal Palace Hotel. The grand staircase, frescoes, and mosaic floors created a truly magnificent atmosphere. The spacious accommodation, including a comfortable bed, added to the luxurious experience. The location in the city center was perfect for exploring on foot. I highly recommend this reasonably priced hotel.

Despite the positive aspects, the drain in the shower room was not cleaned properly. Hair from previous guests clogged the drain, causing water to overflow in the bathroom.

The hotel location was great, close to many popular attractions and easy to explore the city. the building was beautiful and we felt like VIP guests. the staff were friendly and welcoming which made our stay more comfortable.

The room was not the luxury we were hoping for. We found some cleanliness issues such as dirty curtains and a clogged drain which caused water to overflow in the bathroom.

This luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. the service was exceptional, the staff made me feel special and went out of their way to fulfill all my needs. the Spa & wellness center had exclusive amenities like a sauna and a steam room that made my stay even more comfortable. the massage service was fantastic and the Spa lounge was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. the room was well-designed with exclusive advantages like a private facility and a spectacular view.

The only minor issue was the noise from the street, but this was quickly resolved by the hotel staff. This hotel was the epitome of luxury and exceeded all my expectations.

The staff here go above and beyond to make your stay special, with attentive and caring service. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with stunning decor. The breakfast is simply divine, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start your day.

The check-in process could be improved, as it took place at a different location rather than at the hotel itself.
