The hotel was amazing! I loved the pillow menu and the rooftop pool was stunning with great views of the city. Plus, the location made it easy to get around. While some reviews mentioned issues with the shower, my experience was fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, making it easy to access many attractions. The rooms are quiet and well-equipped, providing a peaceful escape from the bustling city streets. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast offers a great selection of delicious food to start the day off right.

The rooftop bar could use some improvements in terms of service and seating arrangements.

Our New Year's stay was amazing! We loved the fact that we didn't have to leave the hotel for anything since they had a great breakfast and poolside service with complimentary drinks. Plus, the location was perfect and allowed us to easily explore the city. Another great aspect was the state-of-the-art equipment in the room and the super helpful staff who made sure we had everything we needed.

It would have been nice to have a lobby bar as well for a late-night drink. But, overall, our stay was fantastic and exceeded our expectations.

The location in the central, historical part of the city is excellent, with easy access to bus trips and nearby parks.

We had a fabulous stay at this luxury, clean, and sparkling new hotel. The location was perfect, and the staff, especially Hosam and Samuel, were exceptional. The room was comfortable, and the hotel had top-notch service.

Despite these minor issues, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I just had an amazing stay at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and sparkling clean. the breakfast had a great variety of high-quality food and even offered Veuve Clicquot champagne. the sky bar, Ginkgo, served the best cocktails I've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb rooms and excellent drinks.

This hotel was an epitome of luxury. We were impressed by the exclusive amenities that fulfilled our expectations. the Spa & wellness centre was indulgent, and the sauna and swimming pool were excellent. the rooftop pool and sun terrace were equally impressive.
