The breakfast wasn't bad, and we enjoyed it before heading out to explore the city. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The porter they organized for us was fantastic - very patient and polite.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and all the beautiful sights. The room had a nice view of the canals and it was clean and comfortable. Our stay at Royal San Marco was fantastic. We were in Venice for a few days to explore the art and music scene, and the hotel's central location made it easy to visit places like the Accademia of Art and La Fenice. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even sending a note on our behalf. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the suite we stayed in was spacious and clean. We loved being right by St. Mark's Square and the canal.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for our romantic escape. We were just a short walk away from all the main attractions and beautiful canals. Plus, we got a free boat ride to a glass blowing facility which was such a unique experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable and full of character. We loved being able to open the balcony door and enjoy the Venetian breeze.

The pillows provided in our suite were extremely uncomfortable, which was a bit disappointing. , we were not offered free breakfast like some other guests, and the price they were asking for it was definitely not worth it.
