Outdated and tired hotel, in need of redecoration. Basic amenities and lack of additional comforts.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station and only 2 minutes walk from the tram stop to the airport. It is also within a short walking distance to all the main attractions such as the Duomo. The room was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was adequate and provided a good start to the day.

The AC/heating system in the room did not work, making it uncomfortably cold in the mornings.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights while exploring the beautiful city. Perfect location near Santa Maria Novella train station and within walking distance to all major sights. Convenient laundry facilities nearby. Delightful cafe on the corner with friendly owner. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful. Loved the charm of the old hotel compared to the big franchises.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the main station and many tourist attractions. We were able to easily explore the city without worrying about transportation. Additionally, the staff was extremely kind and friendly, always taking care of our needs and providing helpful recommendations. One more advantage that we enjoyed was the availability of a lounge area where we could relax and plan our day before heading out.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the rooms were quite subpar, with small bedrooms and uncomfortable beds.

This hotel is a great value for money, with very affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is incredible, right in the very center of the city, close to all the important monuments. The staff is amazing, they give you all the information you need and are really attentive to your needs. The rooms are spacious and some even have a big balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at S.Giorgio & Olimpic. the staff members were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful with check-in and giving us directions. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location couldn't have been better. It was a short walk to major attractions and close to the train station. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast and appreciated being able to store our luggage while we explored the city further.
