The hotel had a great location, right in the middle of all the action. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, making it easy to explore and find things to do. the staff were attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. the cleaning staff did a good job of tidying the rooms on a regular basis, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay.

the breakfast buffet was quite poor, with limited options and repetitive menu choices. It would have been nice to see more variety and changes in the menu from day to day.

Stayed for 7 nights with small kids. Varied breakfast with something for everyone. Pool is nice and warm, open from 10am to 5pm. Yunus at the spa and pool was very pleasant and accommodating. Well-located, close to buses and metro. Staff went above and beyond, making us a great breakfast to go when we had an early flight.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of Istanbul. It was in a safe area and there were many shops for shopping nearby. The hotel was also right opposite a mosque, which was a beautiful sight to see. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. They were always available to answer any questions and assist with anything I needed. The lobby and coffee shop area were beautifully designed and a nice place to relax. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting.

The only recommendation I have is for the receptionist to be friendlier. They seemed more interested in their phone than providing proper service.

The breakfast spread was satisfactory and the wifi was complimentary and speedy. the hotel is situated in a prime location, a stone's throw away from the public transport hub and a few well-known restaurants. the room service was prompt and I particularly enjoyed the in-room tea and coffee complementary to all guests.

The air conditioning was not functioning correctly which made my stay a bit uncomfortable. the room was quite cramped and did not offer much space for luggage.
