The value for money was excellent, with clean and spacious rooms. The location was perfect, close to the beach and in a quiet area. The staff treated us with warmth and helpfulness throughout our stay.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel's internet was flawless, perfect for my Zoom and MS Teams calls. The staff, especially Tomas and Roberta at reception, were exceptional and fulfilled all my wishes. The food was delicious for all meals. I met other guests who have been coming here for over 10 years, a testament to the hotel's quality. The location is superb, right by the stunning beach of Los Pocillos.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with the beach just across the road and plenty of restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the great entertainment in the bar, which included party bags for added fun.

We did notice that the pool was quite cold, especially on windier days.

Just returned from a 2-week stay at this hotel and every day was a pleasure. Fantastic food, spectacular views, comfy rooms, and friendly service. Mino, an especially delightful staff member, made our experience even better.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to the airport. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The pool was large and great for swimming. I couldn't fault this place and would highly recommend it to others.

I had a delightful stay at Hipotels. the staff, especially Thomas, treated us like royalty. Even though our room wasn't initially available, Thomas ensured we were located in a nearby hotel and upgraded us for the best possible experience. the staff were friendly and welcoming in both hotels. the breakfast and lunch options were delicious and varied. the pool area was clean and there were plenty of activities like dancing and mini golf. I felt very welcomed and would definitely recommend this gorgeous hotel.

Had an amazing Easter break, everything was perfect! the staff were friendly and the view from our room was breathtaking! Loved the facilities like the swimming pool and daily activities. the breakfast buffet was varied and tasty, with fresh fruits and pastries. the location was fantastic, just a few minutes away from the beach and restaurants.

Although most of the staff were great, some of the waitresses were not as friendly as we expected. the lunch options were limited, and we had to go to the restaurant to have it.
