We had a blast at Sangallo Palace! The hillside location provided stunning valley views from our spacious, modern room. The bathroom was top-notch, and the small fridge and safe came in handy. The hotel was conveniently located near the ancient walls, with escalators leading to the old city. We indulged in the local shops, restaurants, churches, and even visited the National Art Gallery of Umbria. The buffet style breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delightful. We enjoyed the facilities and activities, especially as people who love karaoke and casinos.

The beds in our room were not comfortable at all. The mattresses were hard and you could feel the springs, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The rooms were spacious and peaceful once the windows were closed. Everything was clean and well-organized. The staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel's location was convenient as it was close to the escalators that lead to the old town. It was easy to reach the city center by walking up the hill or taking a bus.
