Our stay at Rocco Forte Hotel in Florence was the best hotel experience we've ever had. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, from the cozy beds to the delicious cappuccino they served us every morning. The location was perfect, surrounded by high-end shops and a lively square where families gathered. The friendly staff even upgraded us to a room with a lovely view of the piazza. Their attention to detail and care for our aged parents made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely be back.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Savoy in Florence for 3 nights with my family. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions and surrounded by great shops and restaurants. The staff, from the doormen to the receptionists, were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The rooms were spacious and modern, deserving of their 5-star rating. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff were attentive. it was a fantastic experience and definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the luxurious ambiance of the hotel. the modern and elegant decor created a relaxing atmosphere. the service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. the location was perfect, close to all major attractions and within walking distance of the city center. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and enjoyable.

One aspect we did not like was the difficulty in reaching the hotel by car due to the pedestrian-only access. It was confusing to navigate and the cobbled streets were uncomfortable to drive on.

As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that Rocco Forte Hotel in Florence exceeded all expectations. Our stay was for a week and it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city, and the panoramic view from our room was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and even gave us a 10% discount voucher for our next visit. The concierge service was top-notch, and the coffee at the restaurant was simply amazing. This hotel truly made our trip the best it could be.

My stay at Rocco Forte Hotel was simply the best! The location was fabulous, right in the heart of Florence. I could easily walk to the Palazzo Vecchio and the Duomo within two minutes. The hotel staff were professional, courteous, and had a great sense of humor. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The rooms were beautifully decorated in earthy tones, and the nightly turn-down service was a lovely touch. I even received a weather report and fresh mineral water each day. Any additional requests, whether it was a late-night hot chocolate or mid-afternoon tea, were promptly delivered with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for an excellent stay in Florence.
