As a traveler exploring the beautiful lake region, I stayed at Sheraton in Como for 5 nights. The spacious room with a large comfortable bed was perfect for a restful stay. The clean bathroom with a great shower added to the overall comfort. The hotel's location allowed easy access to neighboring villages and the swimming pool in the lovely garden was a delightful spot to relax. The pool, conveniently located across a small street, offered a tranquil atmosphere with no disturbance from traffic. The on-site restaurant, serving delicious pizzas and grilled dishes, was open all day, making it ideal for those lazy poolside days. The breakfast, with a wide variety of options including pancakes, was continuously replenished by the friendly staff. The hotel's stunning mountain views added an extra touch of beauty to the experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute drive from the city center of Como. The hotel is also conveniently located close to public transportation, including the ferry services, which allowed me to easily explore the beautiful Lake Como for a reasonable price. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a great fitness center and a lovely outdoor pool area with a jacuzzi. The breakfast offered an amazing variety of delicious food, including the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay.

The hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was right next to a nice supermarket, making it convenient for any necessary purchases. Additionally, the hotel restaurant, The Kitchen, was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience there. The rooms, although standard in design, were utilitarian and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location was ideal, with easy access to the center of Como and just a short walk to the lovely Cernobbio. Plus, being close to the lake was a definite bonus for enjoying beautiful views of the mountains. The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The manager who ran the breakfast area and the outdoor restaurant was exceptional and one of the head waiters at the pool and outdoor restaurant went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The outdoor facilities, including the pool and garden, were top-notch and provided the perfect space for relaxation.

While this hotel is truly luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality services, I would recommend it more for couples or solo travelers rather than families.

Attentive Manager & Staff

However, the manager, Mr Stefano, went above and beyond to find me alternative accommodations and did not charge me for the mistake. The level of assistance provided by the entire staff was truly exceptional. They even helped me locate my lost jacket, going through CCTV footage and investigating until it was found. I cannot express enough gratitude for their efforts. I highly recommend this hotel for the remarkable service they offer.

The WiFi in the hotel was very slow and choppy, which made it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, the elevators were confusing as the light showed "up" when it was actually going down, causing confusion among guests.

We also enjoyed the delicious food and impeccable service at the Gusto restaurant, as well as the extensive breakfast buffet. we highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and vacationers alike.

If you're looking for a hotel that is right next to the lake or in the heart of Como, this place might not be ideal. However, it is located in a convenient spot, just a short walk from the charming town of Cernobbio, where you'll find plenty of restaurants and a lovely public square by the lake.
