Our romantic escape at this hotel was truly magical. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The location of the hotel was ideal, just steps away from the beautiful beach and surrounded by a plethora of delicious restaurants.

We did have one negative experience during our stay. The cleanliness of our room left something to be desired, as the cleaning staff did not replace used products.

As young people, we loved the fantastic room with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the beach. The buffet breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of food options and a great omelette station. The staff, from reception to breakfast waiters, were extremely helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff was quick to fix a problem with our coffee machine in the room. The hotel even offered us a half-priced room for as late as we needed on the day of our departure. Highly recommendable!

I stayed at Windsor in Copacabana for 5 days. The hotel met all my expectations - great location, safe, and plenty of restaurant choices nearby. The staff was attentive and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a variety of Brazilian and American options. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a king size and twin size bed. The hotel even provided assistance when I got sick, calling a doctor to the hotel and providing a room for the examination after we checked out.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to Copacabana beach and in the heart of the Copacabana-Ipanema area. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for dining and arranging transportation. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom had ample space and a fantastic shower with amazing water pressure. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a rooftop pool offering breathtaking views of the beach. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to cater to everyone's tastes. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near Santos Dumont airport, making transportation easy.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a delightful 3-night stay at Windsor. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were able to check in early for a small fee and upgraded to a luxurious ocean view room. The hotel's decor is impressive and the breakfast was delicious. The location is superb, and overall, this was the best hotel experience we've had in Brazil.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for the money was excellent, with a comfortable room and a beautiful view of the ocean. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Copacabana, and the staff treated me with utmost friendliness and helpfulness.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by providing umbrellas and chairs at the beach.

There were also some maintenance issues with the rooms, such as scratched doors and faulty keys. These small inconveniences took away from the overall experience.

The Double Luxury room was absolutely amazing, with a beautiful view and no noise. The bed was great and the staff was really nice. The hotel's breakfast was fantastic and the location was the best in Rio. We also appreciated the late checkout for our late flight.

One small downside was the constant stream of vendors trying to sell their products on the promenade near the hotel, which could be a hassle at times.
