I really got great value for my money at Hotel Simplon. The room was spacious and had a lovely private garden. The location was perfect, close to town and with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff treated us like family, always friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms and facilities were flawless, leaving me with no complaints. One highlight was the free lake view upgrade I received upon arrival, which was a delightful surprise. Additionally, the hotel provided free private parking, which is always a great convenience. I also appreciated the recommendations from the receptionist for a new modern restaurant nearby, which turned out to be an enjoyable dining experience. I found the hotel to be of great value and I look forward to returning in the future.

Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a tranquil and calm atmosphere. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast, ensuring that I started each day on a delightful note.

The incredible access to the larger sister hotel in which we could enjoy many facilities was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout the hotel. The breakfast was also extensive and very good, with both hot and cold options. the hotel had a central and convenient location, making it a great base for exploring the area.
