I really got great value for my money at Hotel Simplon. The room was spacious and had a lovely private garden. The location was perfect, close to town and with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff treated us like family, always friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

I had the pleasure of staying at a Zacchera chain hotel in the Lago Maggiore region and it was truly a fantastic experience. the staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the rooms and facilities were flawless, leaving me with no complaints. One highlight was the free lake view upgrade I received upon arrival, which was a delightful surprise. the hotel provided free private parking, which is always a great convenience. I also appreciated the recommendations from the receptionist for a new modern restaurant nearby, which turned out to be an enjoyable dining experience. I found the hotel to be of great value and I look forward to returning in the future.

Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a tranquil and calm atmosphere. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast, ensuring that I started each day on a delightful note.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing there. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to the waterfront and explore the nearby sights and take charter boats to the islands.

The hotel had a great pool area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. the location was also fantastic, just a short walk away from the beautiful Lake Maggiore. the highlight of my stay was definitely the stylish restaurant, where I had some delicious meals. the gallery was also a nice touch, showcasing some impressive artwork.

I had a terrible experience with the staff. On my first day, I asked for a pill for a headache, but they refused to provide one, claiming that it was because I was from a different country.

The incredible access to the larger sister hotel in which we could enjoy many facilities was amazing! the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout the hotel. the breakfast was also extensive and very good, with both hot and cold options. the hotel had a central and convenient location, making it a great base for exploring the area.

The hotel had great facilities, including a clean room, two full bathrooms, and a nice decoration. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and it was a plus that we could use the indoor pool at the sister hotel. The breakfast was also nice.
