The palace is stunning with beautifully furnished interiors and fabulous paintings. The staff is exceptionally nice and welcoming, making you feel looked after. The rooms have amazing views of the canal and are spacious with fantastic bathrooms. The hotel is in a good location and provides good recommendations on places to visit and eat.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel on the Grand Canal. The location was perfect for exploring all the major sites of interest in this city. The hotel was directly accessible by sea and very close to a water taxi, making transportation incredibly convenient. The breakfast provided was delicious, with plenty of choices available, including fresh fruit. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and efficient, and they even added extra touches for my wedding anniversary celebration. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities it offered.

The palace architecture, facade, lighting, and kind staff were impressive. Comfy, well-decorated rooms with super beds. Antinoo's dishes and wine were amazing. Great location near attractions, yet peaceful. Stunning outside area with Grand Canal view.

The hotel is conveniently located on the other side of the St Mark square, which can be reached by a short boat ride or a pleasant walk across the bridge. The room had a direct view of the canal, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Additionally, the hotel provided a smartphone with internet data and free domestic calls.

The dinner at the hotel restaurant is extremely expensive, and they even charge for bread, which should be complimentary. The waitstaff doesn't inform you of the charges until you receive the bill.

The best thing about my Easter stay was the stunning view from the hotel. It was a treat to wake up every morning and see the beautiful surroundings. the location of the hotel was also perfect, away from the busyness of the city but still accessible to all the main attractions. I loved being able to explore the quieter neighborhood and discover hidden gems. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

There were a few negative aspects to my Easter stay. the room I was given was quite small and didn't match the luxury I was expecting.

Excellent location near water bus stop and major attractions with private water taxi dock. Superior suites offer breathtaking views of Grand Canal and Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute. Clean rooms with functional AC. Friendly and helpful staff.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the stunning views from the rooftop of the hotel. It was magical to watch the boats pass by on the canal. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was away from the crowds but still close to all the main attractions. This allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Furthermore, the rooms were spacious and kept impeccably clean, giving me a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I was disappointed that the price did not include breakfast. This was a separate expense that I had not anticipated.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help out. the hotel's location was very convenient, situated right on the Grand Canal and close to attractions like the Guggenheim museum. It offered a lovely terrace where you could relax and watch the world go by.

One of the downsides was that our initially assigned room had a bad smell, so we had to request a room change. the bathrooms also had poor design, with water constantly leaking in the shower.

Beautifully situated along the main Canal where you can arrive by river taxi. Impeccable service and delicious food in the restaurant. Well-furnished rooms with contemporary art. Complimentary boat taxi to Saint Mark's Square or the glass factory. If you're looking for a top-end stay, this is the place to go. I highly recommend this hotel.

the outstanding service and exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations. I was pleased to have private facilities in my room, including a Jacuzzi and leisure/TV room for relaxation. the restaurant served delicious dishes from the special diet menu and the bar/lounge area offered exquisite drinks. the garden area was a serene place to unwind and enjoy a massage.
