I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service at Embassy Suites. The front desk staff immediately upgraded my room when they realized it hadn't been cleaned. They even gave me a voucher for free snacks. The concern they showed for my comfort was truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at Embassy Suites for our anniversary and had an incredible experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a special welcoming gift in our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the whole room had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The complimentary drinks and breakfast were delicious, and the restaurant had tasty food. We also loved that the hotel was within walking distance to restaurants. our stay was outstanding and we highly recommend this hotel.

The price was a little higher compared to other places in the area. The hotel was not as private as expected, as it was located close to major access roads.
