The location was mind-blowing, with easy access to swim in the lake and just a short 10-minute walk to the old town. The breakfast spread was super, with a delicious variety of buffet items. Our family room had a stunning lake view from the balcony, and the room itself had a pleasant decor and comfortable amenities. The cleaning and reception staff were lovely, and the location was perfect for exploring the main castle. We enjoyed the peaceful pool at the sister hotel across the road, as well as the beautiful view from the beach access. We would highly recommend staying here for a jaw-dropping experience.

The hotel had a clean room with every comfort available. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel had two swimming pools and private beaches on both sides of the peninsula. The location was about 5 minutes walk to the beautiful center, with nice lake views from the bathroom balcony.

The hotel is located on the lake side of the garden, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure that all basic amenities are well-maintained, including the air conditioning in the rooms. Speaking of rooms, they are comfortable and come with a balcony, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast spread is diverse, with a good selection of both continental and hot food options.

The check-in process was fast and efficient, and the daily housekeeping was a positive. the location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to several nearby attractions. the air conditioning in the room worked very well.

The room was quite noisy, with sounds from the electronic door and the lift being audible from inside. the breakfast area was not very clean, with cobweb and fluff seen under tables, and the coffee machine was not working well either.

Although the balcony was inaccessible due to mosquito infestation, the hotel staff took immediate action to disinfect the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for relaxation. The hotel's location was also perfect, with just a short walk to the charming old town. The highlight of my stay was being able to use the facilities at the sister hotel, La Paul, including access to the lake and swimming pools. The breakfast offered a decent selection of options, ensuring a good start to the day. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the small breakfast area and lack of signage, I had a fantastic holiday overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation experience.
