I got great value for my money at Malmaison. The room was top-notch, spacious, and quiet, with a comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, and a good shower. The location was excellent, just a short walk from parks, shops, and amenities. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always friendly, engaging, and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. All social distance protocols were followed, and there was plenty of hand sanitizer available.

The breakfast menu could have had a bit more variety.

My partner and I had a wonderful weekend at Malmaison. The manager gave us a warm welcome and provided us with a map and directions to explore the nearby areas of Cheltenham. Our room upgrade to a suite was a delightful surprise - it was bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was luxurious, and the rainfall shower was the best I've ever experienced. The hotel's location was perfect, within easy walking distance to Montpellier and the Promenade, as well as Pittville and the Holst Museum. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in the area and well looked after by the attentive staff.

The restaurant at the hotel was a bit of a letdown. The service was lacking, with no explanation of the fixed price package and no offer for drinks.

I had a great stay at this place. The location was perfect, within walking distance of food festivals and other open parks. It was also very close to bars and restaurants, which was convenient for me. The service was excellent, with room service available 24/7 and helpful staff. The room amenities were great too, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a sauna and spa center, which was a nice bonus. I was very satisfied with my stay here.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a super comfy bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The staff were really friendly and lovely, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was amazing and the service throughout my stay was first-class. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The location of the hotel was ideal, being in the Montpellier area of town and within walking distance to the main town center. This made it convenient to explore the food festival and other open parks. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and excellent dinner options. The hotel lacked attention to detail, as highlighted by broken spotlights in the bathroom which darkened the space.

Great public areas and friendly staff, as well as a location that let me walk to everything I needed. Plus, it was great that I could bring my furry friend along for the stay!

The bathroom was incredibly small and it took a while to heat up the room. It was also disappointing that the furniture in the room felt outdated and could use some refreshing.

They were attentive and respectful of the current restrictions, while still ensuring my comfort and enjoyment. The room was absolutely fabulous, with a bed that was so comfortable I didn't want to leave it. The decor was attractive and well-maintained, giving a sense of luxury. The location of this place was perfect, with bars and restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local food festival. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful conservatory area and was conveniently located near the town centre.

The hotel is located in a great area, conveniently close to the town centre, lively bars, and shops. The rooms are well-equipped with robes, a coffee machine, and a minibar. The breakfast is superb, with high-quality ingredients and a good selection of options.

The staff, particularly Toby in the bar restaurant area, was incredibly attentive and professional. They even remembered my dog from a previous visit. The hotel's location on a tree-lined avenue was ideal, being only a 2-minute walk from Montpelier but away from the main road and restaurants, making it quieter than staying on the main drag.
