Poor location, scary walk from town to hotel at night, fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and staff was incompetent, manager dismissive and no compensation offered.

We stayed at Sole Hotel for two nights as three adults traveling together. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the best we came across in Italy. The hotel had a new and interesting modern decor throughout, and it was very clean. The rooms were comfortable, with excellent modern amenities. The location, right beside the train station, was very convenient and made it easy for us to travel on from there. The 20-minute walk to the center was manageable, but there is also a bus stop nearby if preferred.

Can recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the station and offering easy access to transportation. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. One of the best aspects was the clean and comfortable rooms, which made our stay enjoyable.

On the downside, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and had slow speed, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, there were some issues with small ants in the room, which was a bit concerning.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities such as touch card door entry and a modern shower room. The location was ideal for those who rely on train travel, as it is extremely close to the main railway station. Additionally, the hotel had great soundproofing, so despite the train station being nearby, I never heard any noise.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of clear instructions from the train station to the hotel's main entrance. It would be helpful if the hotel improved the signage to avoid any confusion for guests.

Comfortable and convenient location, just a short walk from the train station. The recently refurbished rooms were clean with quality bedding and towels. Martina on reception provided excellent service, giving accurate information and being welcoming. The breakfast options were good, although the croissants were a bit heavy. Despite a few minor inconveniences like a small shower and inconsistent room temperature, I would recommend Sole Hotel for a pleasant stay in Verona. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.
