The room was clean, cozy, and the staff courteous. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful staircase and the unique, ethno-style mat by our bedside. Despite a small inconvenience of limited wall sockets, the attention to detail and comfort made our stay exceptional. We even had a glimpse of a part of an old stove and chimney adorned with vibrant green tiles. The hotel's central location provided easy access to cafes and restaurants. we highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location and warm hospitality.

Our room was great, right in the center of tourist locations and restaurants. Clean, spacious, and looked exactly like the photos. The receptionist, Olena, was amazing. She was welcoming, courteous, and extremely helpful. We also enjoyed the fact that the location allowed us easy access to karaoke and casinos, which we love!

Spent Christmas here and it was amazing! the staff were very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage even after check-out, which was very helpful. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. the room was very quiet and cozy, with comfortable bath robes provided.
