Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast was among the best I have eaten with fun and tasteful Valentine's Day touches. The hotel is extraordinarily well-sited, just a short walk from the Duomo. I cannot think of any reason why anyone would stay anywhere else in the city. 100% recommend this hotel.

The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and spacious. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast on the 5th floor was exceptional with a wide selection of hot and cold options. The rooftop gallery offered stunning views of the city center. The hotel has double-glazed windows and provided earplugs to minimize the noise at night. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Florence.
