We enjoyed a spacious room and fantastic breakfast options, perfect for our family of four. The rooftop views were a lovely bonus!

During my stay, I encountered several issues that left me feeling frustrated. The air conditioning in our room was inconsistent and completely failed us on the last night, leaving us uncomfortably warm and unable to sleep. Furthermore, the dining area was cramped, and I felt surrounded by other guests while trying to enjoy breakfast. The combination of street noise and lack of comfortable seating in our room made it difficult to unwind after a long day of exploring Florence.

Had an amazing time! The breakfast buffet was a highlight—so fresh and delicious! Enjoyed every moment at the bar with drinks every evening. Just wish the air conditioning worked better.

Had a fantastic time enjoying the tasty breakfast with so many choices. The lovely happy hour snacks were such a nice surprise! Relaxes with a soothing massage and chilled out in the spa lounge, which was perfect after a long day. Only downside was that the room AC acted up a bit, but it didn't ruin our stay at all. 😊
