I recently stayed at The St. Regis in Florence for a short visit. The hotel is not big, but it is incredibly well decorated and cozy. The staff, especially Marcelo at the front desk, were helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were perfect, with a beautiful view of the Arno River. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no fee for breakfast in the room, and I loved the unique feature of a television set in the bathroom mirror. my experience was simply perfect.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was also situated on the beautiful Arno river, providing stunning views from our room. The room itself was spacious and well-decorated, with antique furniture and elegant details. The key fob system for accessing the rooms was a bit inconvenient. It would have been more convenient to have individual key cards.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. the location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions within walking distance. the room we were upgraded to was stunning, with luxurious furnishings and a beautiful view. We also enjoyed the complimentary champagne and canapes that were offered to celebrate the New Year.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during our stay. the bed was a bit too soft for our liking, but still comfortable.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautiful interiors and comfortable rooms. The staff were excellent, providing excellent service from check-in to the butler service. We felt like VIPs, with attention to detail and a warm welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant even arranged a private dining experience just for us. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

This hotel provided a truly luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities were impressive and exceeded my expectations. the service was impeccable from the moment I arrived. the Spa & Wellness centre had a variety of treatments available, including a full body massage and a facial. the restaurant served delicious food, and the bar/lounge area was a perfect spot for relaxing with a cocktail. the private facilities were a great added bonus, making my stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, with easy access to many restaurants and attractions.

The only negative aspect I experienced was a minor issue with the temperature in the room.
