I recently stayed at The St. Regis in Florence for a short visit. The hotel is not big, but it is incredibly well decorated and cozy. The staff, especially Marcelo at the front desk, were helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were perfect, with a beautiful view of the Arno River. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no fee for breakfast in the room, and I loved the unique feature of a television set in the bathroom mirror. my experience was simply perfect.

I recently had a business trip to a hotel in Florence and I must say that the service provided was outstanding. The staff were professional and accommodating, from the friendly concierge to the attentive butler service. The room was amazing, with beautiful decor and a stunning view. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary morning coffee and the convenient location of the hotel, which made it easy for me to explore the city during my free time.

It took a while for someone to acknowledge us and even longer to get our drinks. While the piano player and ambiance were great, the lack of prompt service was a letdown.

The hotel was conveniently located, with most attractions within easy walking distance. We were able to explore the city without any hassle. The key fob system for accessing the rooms was a bit inconvenient. It would have been more convenient to have individual key cards.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions within walking distance. The room we were upgraded to was stunning, with luxurious furnishings and a beautiful view. We also enjoyed the complimentary champagne and canapes that were offered to celebrate the New Year.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during our stay. The bed was a bit too soft for our liking, but still comfortable.

This hotel provided a truly luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities were impressive and exceeded my expectations. The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived. The Spa & Wellness centre had a variety of treatments available, including a full body massage and a facial. The restaurant served delicious food, and the bar/lounge area was a perfect spot for relaxing with a cocktail. The private facilities were a great added bonus, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to many restaurants and attractions.

The only negative aspect I experienced was a minor issue with the temperature in the room. It was slightly warmer than I prefer, but this did not significantly impact my stay.
