The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short distance from major attractions. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. Additionally, the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and cheerful.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with key landmarks such as the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square only a few minutes away. It was quite difficult to find the hotel after getting off the water taxi, as there were no clear directions provided. We had a bit of a mix-up with our room upon arrival, as we were initially given a smaller room suited for people with disabilities, despite not requesting it.

The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with everything very clean and well-maintained. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided a great selection of food, with freshly cut fruit, cakes, breads, and hot dishes.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

It felt like we were in a mini shopping center surrounded by the amazing cobbled streets, which were so beautiful. Being on a canal added to the charm and gave us a true Venetian experience. The service here was excellent, from the bell staff to the waiters at the reception desk. They were always willing to help with any request we had. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the in-room safe, perfect for storing our valuables.
