the ceiling leaked dirty water into our room, ruining my clothes. I was offered a handheld dryer—how charming. also, the air conditioning barely worked. I expected a welcome gift or a complimentary upgrade for all the hassle, but clearly, that’s too much to ask for. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t after this experience.

the breakfast was ok but lacked variety, absolutely not what you'd expect at a so-called four-star hotel. also, I woudl ve been grateful for a welcome gift for all the trouble I’ve gone through. what a disappointment! I almost gave a good review, but the constant noise from the street ruined my stay completely.

This hotel is perfectly situated just steps from the train station. The rooms, like the spacious deluxe room I enjoyed, feature comfortable beds and a powerful shower. Breakfast was a delightful spread, truly one of the best in Italy. Don't miss out on the rooftop for stunning views!
