The hotel was gorgeous and super comfy! Rooms were cozy and warm with a lovely spacious bathroom. Location's fab—just a hop to the metro for easy city access!

But, I think they borrowed the hot water from a sauna—yikes! And where is all the dinner before 7 PM? A girl's got to eat!

No tea or coffee in the room.

i almost thought this hotel would be decent, but then the thermostat was stuck on sauna mode. then, to top it all off, they offered absolutely no welcome gift or apology for the trouble. it’s like they don’t realize some guests deserve extra care. Breakfast was repetitive too. can’t they switch it up even a little?

I traveled for a concert and found the location convenient with the subway just in front of us. The event went well, and I appreciated the help from the staff. They supported us with planning and made our stay enjoyable. The rooms provided comfort, and I was satisfied with the overall cleanliness. It made my experience worthwhile as a single art historian.

This hotel offers a wonderful stay with clean rooms, friendly staff, and efficient service. The convenience of the metro right outside and the spaciousness of the room make it perfect!

The metro is right outside, making it super easy to get around. We enjoyed trying out some local restaurants and even found a cool spot for some culinary events. The breakfast was decent with good options, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back!

The only downside was that the thermostat in the room couldn't be adjusted, making it quite hot at times. We had to open the windows, which wasn't ideal due to the air quality.

The breakfast offered a fantastic range of items, including fresh pastries and excellent scrambled eggs, making each morning delightful. The convenience of the metro directly outside ensured easy access to the city center, allowing for stress-free exploration. While the staff were generally friendly, at times there were slight delays in service during peak hours. Additionally, the fitness room was small, which may not accommodate multiple guests at once.

the staff at reception was a bit unhelpful. the electric blinds were a cool feature, and the AC worked great. breakfast had so much variety, and the room was always clean.
