The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It was situated in a quiet street but still within walking distance to all the major attractions, dining, and shopping spots. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They were always there to assist with any requests or recommendations we needed. the personalized notes left in the room added a nice touch and made us feel welcomed.

The room we stayed in was a bit overpriced considering the condition it was in. There were stains on the wallpaper, cracks in the ceiling, and marks on the walls.

We had a fantastic first trip in Rome thanks to The First. The location was perfect for exploring the historical district and shopping areas, with the added bonus of being near the river and a lovely wine bar. The indoor design was luxurious and the rooms were bright and comfortable. The reasonable price for a suite was a pleasant surprise. The staff, especially Luara, were incredibly helpful and friendly, recommending great restaurants and assisting with room selection. The coffeemaker provided in the room was very convenient. A wonderful experience overall.

We had an amazing time during our city break! the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and kind, making our stay truly enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of Prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us in our room. the hotel's location was also fantastic, close to many popular destinations. We also loved that the hotel had a 2 Michelin starred restaurant, offering an incredible dining experience. a memorable and wonderful stay!

Hated: The only downside of our experience was the additional charges for certain amenities. We were upgraded to a suite, which was a nice gesture, but were disappointed to find out that there was an extra charge to use the jacuzzi in the room.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a rooftop terrace where you could have lunch or drinks, and a Michelin star dinner restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even gave me an upgrade to a suite for my short stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a separate sitting area and an espresso machine. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and breakfast was delicious with a variety of warm a la carte items to choose from.

For us, it was ideal.

As an avid traveler, I chose The First Arte for its perfect location near famous landmarks, designer stores, and restaurants. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of 11 Duomos, while the Michelin Star restaurant was a gastronomic delight. The staff, especially Natalya and Jubair, provided exceptional service, and Ronaldo the bell man was incredibly helpful. The modern artwork throughout the hotel added to its unique charm. I also appreciated the personalized note from housekeeping. one of the best hotel experiences I've had.
