We loved this place! The location was perfect for us, as it was near the Jack Daniels BBQ Cook-off and other restaurants in the area. The service was fantastic, with excellent housekeeping and laundry facilities available. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, hair dryer. The dining options were great too, with a tasty breakfast available every morning.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

The staff at Best Western went out of their way to accommodate my needs as a handicapped guest. They quickly resolved the issue with my room reservation and moved me to a more suitable room with parking at the door.

I did have a minor issue with the bathroom being small and the hot food trays being empty one morning, but these were small inconveniences compared to the excellent service I received.

Comfortable beds, clean room except for the floor. Amenities include a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and a big TV. Good hot water pressure and a clean bathroom. Enjoyed a fantastic breakfast that was 100% delicious.

When I arrived, most of the parking area was closed off due to paving work, which made it extremely difficult to unload luggage and get close to the room. It was definitely an inconvenience, especially considering the price I paid.
