This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, such as excellent wi-fi, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me with currency exchange recommendations, which I still remember. I recommend trying the breakfast—it’s amazing! I'm coming back for a business trip.

absolutely not a 5-star experience, sadly, the room I checked into had someone else's beddng, but I did appreciate their attempt to move me. I was still charged full rate while dealing with those inconveniences. Not to mention, my balcony was more of a storage area than a relaxing space. I almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.

I encountered significant delays at check-in, waiting over 30 minutes before being assisted. The staff's inability to provide adjacent rooms for our party was frustrating, and they offered no accommodation or alternatives. When I raised this issue, the manager showed no concern or willingness to resolve it. Overall, I felt disregarded as a guest and left dissatisfied with the entire experience.

We had a lovely city view from our apartment. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delightful, although I wished for more variety. Be cautious at the pool, as lifeguards were strict and rude to kids playing. Overall, a good stay but manage your expectations at the pool.

Man, the staff were just lekker! Musa and Sadeep really made sure we felt at home, and the view of the creek from my room was just perfect. Plus, being right next to Deira City Centre was such a bonus—quick jaunts to shopping and food!

Just a proper fit for a city break in Dubai with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff was really helpful, and they assisted me when I got a bit lost trying to find local attractions. Make sure to check out the nearby shopping for some good deals.

the two-bedroom apartment was spacious and super clean the pool area was well maintained with warm water the staff was really friendly always greeted us with smiles we found a great selection of restaurants nearby and shopping was a breeze just a few steps away

everything is what i need and want

Staying in the residences was a great choice for us with kids. The staff were so helpful with our baby and toddler, especially the gentlemen at reception who upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment right at check-in. The pool had a great view, and I really enjoyed my body scrub and massage, which was a nice escape. We also enjoyed room service for meals, and it was all high quality.

It wasn't exactly cheap but worth it considering all the conveniences.
