Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. Additionally, we found the tea and coffee supplies insufficient for our needs, requiring us to request more. On top of that, the service at the rooftop bar was somewhat lacking. we often had to get up to secure attention to place an order, which disrupted our enjoyment of the beautiful city views.

Rooftop bar staff overlooked us multiple times.

A fantastic discovery! Visited for my son's 21st birthday and left impressed. Close to the iconic Duomo with stunning modern rooms. Extremely comfortable beds and a high standard of cleanliness. Staff were genuinely helpful, making our stay even better. I can't wait to return to experience the rooftop bar! Just book in advance!

The check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. I enjoyed the view from my room which was nice but that was mainly it.

It wasn’t inexpensive but the issues really made it hard to justify the price.

Elevators are painfully slow, and the organization of room layouts could use significant improvement!!! More storage space in rooms is absolutely essential!!!

Staying at Hotel The Square Milano Duomo was a delight! The highlight was the rooftop bar offering stunning city views. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring we felt welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was amazing, with fresh coffee and a variety of options to kickstart the day.

The Roof Top Garden provided a breathtaking view, perfect for unwinding in the evening.

The Wi-Fi was spotty at times, making it difficult to upload images despite my companion not facing this issue.

I enjoyed the breakfast with a range of options. I appreciated the rooftop bar for its nice views after exploring the area on foot. My favorite moment was enjoying the delicious risotto with prawn tartare. Overall, I found the experience pleasant and service at the bar was good. The location made it easy for me to visit nearby attractions. It was a nice escape for someone who loves art and history.

Despite these minor hiccups, the hotel offered a great location and a clean, spacious atmosphere.

However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. the initial towel provided had a questionable stain, and the housekeeping didn’t address it despite notifications. This affected the overall experience significantly.

i had some trouble with the elevators, they were really slow. but the location was great, you can reach main attractions by foot and the rooftop bar had an amazing view. also, the breakfast selection was diverse and well organized.

This was just an appropriate option for a weekend respite in Milan with great value for money. The breakfast had an excellent selection and the staff were superb, making mornings a treat. Make sure to ask for an iron in advance if you need one, as they're strict about not sending it to rooms due to health rules.

I enjoyed a great location close to major attractions. Breakfast offered a nice variety, but as a strict vegetarian, I faced some difficulty. I was told there was no egg-free bread despite prior confirmation. When I raised this issue, the manager was unhelpful. My parents who don't speak English well were treated poorly, which was disappointing. As an art historian, I value good service and communication. I want to encourage better understanding for all guests.
