I recently stayed at Homewood Suites in Windsor Locks for 4 nights. The staff was superb and went out of their way to help me with directions and technology assistance. The quality of furnishings in my suite was exceptional and I appreciated the open feel. The daily breakfast was more than ample and the evening meals were a great surprise. The staff was helpful in every way and made me feel assisted and cared for during my stay. I also enjoyed the good selection at breakfast and the two-room suite with two TVs and kitchenette. The hotel was very clean and updated, and it was a bonus that they allowed cats. a great stay at Homewood Suites!

I recently stayed at Homewood Suites for a sports tournament and had a great experience. The hotel was clean and check-in was quick and easy. The lobby was spacious and a nice place to hang out. The one bedroom suite we stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable pull-out sofa. The kitchenette was well-equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a nice size and clean, and there was even a grill and laundry facilities available. The customer service was excellent, with the staff going out of their way to ensure our comfort.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. With its proximity to shopping areas and various dining options within walking distance, it made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's shuttle service to the airport was a great convenience.

There were some issues with trash pickup and the smell in the room on one occasion.

The breakfast was inclusive, which was a plus. It was also nice to have a shuttle service available to take you around the area. the room was pretty spacious and there was a small kitchenette for our use.

The walls were very thin, which made it difficult to sleep. the noise from the other guests was incredibly loud.

Great staff, especially the girl at the front desk on Thursday evening. Good breakfast and light dinner buffet. Spacious room, perfect for 4 people. Easy to find location near the highway.

Amazing staff and great overall hotel

We recently stayed at this hotel for a softball tournament and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Jamie at the front desk, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel had excellent amenities, such as a pool area with grills for guests to use. The complimentary breakfast and afternoon happy hour were a nice bonus. As a Hilton diamond member, I can confidently say that this is one of the best Hilton properties I've stayed at in terms of staff friendliness and overall quality. We hope to return to the area again and will definitely choose this hotel. The only minor suggestion I have is to add door sweeps to the rooms. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, which made it easy for us to catch our early morning flight. the shuttle service provided was reliable and saved us time and hassle. Additionally, the hotel had a small pool and basketball court in a courtyard area, which was a nice bonus for some outdoor relaxation.

Our room had a strong smell of smoke, which was quite unpleasant. We were also assigned a room on the second floor of one of the buildings, and there were only stairs available to reach it.
