The staff were really friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance. the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to start the day.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the shower-bathrooms had a ventilation issue, resulting in water mould and an unpleasant smell.

The location of the hostel is fantastic, being not far from University metro station and in the center of the city. This made it so convenient to explore everything Naples has to offer. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with multiple accessible bathrooms nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent support when needed. the free breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

The free breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the staff were incredibly attentive. the hostel is located in a great area, close to everything we needed and public transport. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms. the bed was cozy and warm, and the lockers under the bed were huge. We made lifelong friends here and have already started recommending this place to others. Can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel in Naples. The cleanliness was exceptional, with the rooms and bathrooms being spotless. The hostel facilities were also top-notch, with a spacious common area upstairs and a comfortable and well-equipped room. The location couldn't have been better, as it was very close to the city center and the central station. We were able to easily explore the sights, shops, and restaurants in this vibrant city. I recently stayed at Tric Trac in Naples for one night and it was a fantastic experience. The hostel is centrally located and easily accessible from the metro stations. The reception staff, especially Andreas, was extremely helpful and provided great suggestions. The hostel itself is clean, modern, and newly renovated. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. great value for money and I will definitely be staying at Tric Trac again.

They even organized free events in the evenings, such as karaoke and pasta nights, where I got to meet other travelers. The atmosphere was lively but didn't disturb the calmness of the rooms. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices and even small packs of biscuits to take away for those with early check-outs. The location was also perfect, and the toilets and shower rooms were well-maintained. it was the best hostel experience I've ever had.
