Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located next to a bus stop, making it easy to travel to and from the airport. The terrace restaurant provided a stunning view of the city and Mount Etna, perfect for enjoying a drink or two. The breakfast offered was also delicious and varied. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

We appreciated their help in getting the permit for our car and arranging a late checkout for one of our rooms. The service, from room service to housekeeping, was top-notch. The amenities in the room were comfortable and convenient, including the sitting area and the plug for our phone chargers on each side of the bed. our experience at this hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to others.

There was a slight issue with a perpetual smell of drainage in the lobby. We hope that this minor inconvenience can be addressed and fixed soon.
